• Do not use in a conventional oven, microwave or induction cooker.

• After each use, rinse with water and a soft sponge. Do not put in the dishwasher. Do not use household cleaners or abrasive or metallic sponges. After cleaning, leave to air dry.

• To prevent it drying out, wrap it in a cloth when not in use. If it is used frequently, there is no need to protect it. However, avoid contact with other objects that could scratch the surface.

• Avoid exposure to direct light, which can reduce the shine of the surface and make the item more fragile.

• Avoid accelerated drying and direct contact with a heat source. This can cause cracks and deformation.

• The thinness of this product makes it a good conductor of heat. Take care not to burn yourself when preparing hot dishes.
