• Craftsman’s handwork gives some minor differences each other on the same line about color, pattern, shape, and, size.
• Please avoid putting it in hot circumstances (oven, microwave, and IH cooking equipment).
• Please soak in water and boil it in 30 minutes before first use. Especially regarding the product in having a coarse surface, you can fill in the gaps by boiling water left over from washing rice. Also please be sure to check a bottom facing the table as well. Please use a tablecloth or a place mat in order not to damage a table, if it has a rough surface. Please rub two bottoms of the same products circularly, or rub down with sandpaper if you are concerned.
• Ceramic has high water absorbency, and especially the tint of “Kohiki” (covered completely with clay which has a powdered appearance in places) may change in use by absorbing water and components, so please enjoy a taste of its own.
• Do not strike or rub with a cutlery.
• If it has cracks, scratches, or chips, please don’t allow it to be used, as it can split accidentally.
• Please wash gently one by one with a soft sponge after each use, and avoid putting it in the dishwasher and tableware-dryer. Do not wash with steel wool, abrasive sponge, or cleanser, as they can cause scratches.
• After washing, dry it enough, and when putting away, store it not contacting with other dishes (especially strong materials), which might cause a crack.
