The interior is finished with a smooth enamel glaze, baked at high temperature for durability and ease of use. The exterior is treated with a lacquer base and a traditional iron serum—copper and boiled tea—enhancing the pan’s unique texture and offering rust protection.

Designed by us and crafted by Suzuki Morihisa, a family renowned for their ironwork mastery since 1625, this piece blends functionality with the timeless spirit of Japanese craftsmanship.
