• This handmade product is unique and may have slight differences between each product in terms of colour, pattern, shape and size.
• Do not use in a conventional oven, microwave or induction cooker.
• Do not leave it soaked in water too long, and be careful that residual moisture from washing might cause mold.
• Do not strike or rub with a cutlery.
• If it has cracks, scratches, or chips, please don’t allow it to be used, as it can split accidentally.
• Please wash gently one by one with a soft sponge after each use, and avoid putting it in the dishwasher and tableware-dryer. Do not wash with steel wool, abrasive sponge, or cleanser, as they can cause scratches.
• Do not wash the plain (non-coating) wooden product in water, and please wipe it clean with a cloth, which is once moistened and wringed out well. After that, please polish with a dry cloth.
• After washing, dry it enough (do not dry rapidly) to avoid it to be deformed or to be cracked.
• When putting away, store it not contacting with other dishes (especially strong materials), which might cause a crack. And to protect it from any damages, please store it in a cool dark place, as it is a natural material, which can be deformed in moisture and a high temperature.
• Do not place it in direct sunlight for long time, as this can lead to warp, deform, or be UV bleached.
