Square Plate in the “Nuri WASARA” collection, a series of WASARA paper tableware finished with lacquer.

Kuro (Black)
Finished with lacquer that has turned black due to the oxidizing effect of iron powder.

Akebono (Black and Red)
Layered black lacquer over vermilion lacquer, meticulously polished for the final finish. The reverse side is lacquered in vermilion.

Tamari (Dark Red)
Finished with a layer of clear amber lacquer over the vermilion lacquer.
