Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply between OGATA Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) and the customer in connection with the purchase of products offered on the website https://online.ogata.com (“the Site”).

Article 2 (Products)

  1. Products offered are those displayed on the Site, subject to availability.

  2. Product images are for reference only; actual colors and appearance may differ.

Article 3 (Prices)
Prices are as indicated on the Site, inclusive of Japanese consumption tax. Shipping fees are charged separately.

Article 4 (Orders)

  1. Orders may be placed through the Site’s order form.

  2. The Company reserves the right to cancel or restrict orders in the following cases:

    • Bulk orders by the same customer

    • Orders deemed for resale purposes

    • Incomplete or inaccurate payment information

Article 5 (Payment Methods)
Accepted payment methods are as follows:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, etc.)

  • Paidy (Japan only)

  • Bank transfer (Japan only)

Article 6 (Retention of Ownership)
Ownership of products shall transfer to the customer only after full payment has been received.

Article 7 (Delivery and Returns)

  1. Conditions regarding delivery and returns are outlined on our Delivery & Returns page.

  2. Food products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. In such cases, the customer must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

  2. However, mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence shall prevail where applicable.

  3. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, Japan.
