Delivery Date Requests

We do not accept delivery date requests for both domestic and international shipments.
Orders will be shipped sequentially as soon as they are ready.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Customs and Taxes

For deliveries to countries outside Japan, **customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees are prepaid (DDP)** and included in the product or shipping price at checkout. **You will not be charged any additional taxes or duties upon delivery.**
