How to prepare

1.Sift approximately 2 grams of matcha (about 2 scoops with a chashaku) into a matcha bowl. 2.Gently pour 75cc of water heated to 80°C into the bowl and slowly whisk the matcha with a chasen, ensuring it disperses evenly at the bottom. 3.Whisk briskly, with a Japanese flick of the wrist until a fine, frothy foam forms on the surface.
