This lidded ashtray showcases a traditional pattern and a distinctive iron texture, achieved through a meticulous finishing process of lacquer and iron vase—a rust-resistant coating made from copper and boiled tea solution.

Designed by us and crafted by Suzuki Morihisa, whose family has mastered the art of ironwork since 1625, this piece reflects the enduring spirit of Japanese craftsmanship.
