Payment Deadline

  • Credit card: Payment is confirmed at the time of order.

  • Bank transfer: Payment must be completed within 7 days from the order date.

  • Paidy: Monthly consolidated billing, due the following month. Payment available by convenience store, bank transfer, or direct debit.

Delivery Time
In principle, orders will be shipped within 7 days after order confirmation. In the case of bank transfers, within 7 days after payment confirmation. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of food products (confectionery and tea), returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if a product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
