Elegant tin KATAKUCHI lipped bowl.
The distinctive shape is inspired by a water droplet split vertically in half.

Crafted using the Tatakidashi technique, skilled craftsmen shape the tin plate sheet by hammering it with various types of mallets. Using a special metal hammer for finishing, each hammer mark is meticulously applied by hand. The hammered finish serves both as a design element and minimizes the visibility of surface scratches. The wooden base is intricately carved from walnut wood.

Pewter is known for its sterilizing and ionizing properties, often described as "elevate second-grade sake to first-grade," making it a perfect choice for sake vessels.
In addition to serving sake and water, it can be used for serving cold dishes and more.
