Wagashi Knife
Wagashi Knife
Crafted by a ITTOBORI single-knife carving artisan in HIDA-TAKAYAMA of GIFU Prefecture, this small fork is carefully carved by hand from solid wood.
Offered in three varieties: “JINDAINIRE (Elm)” with a dark color and subdued elegance, “KAEDE(Maple)” with the natural beauty of plain wood, and “KATSURA” with a reddish-brown hue.
A skilled ittobori artisan meticulously crafted a delicate form, paying attention to the ease of cutting sweets and the comfortable grip, adding elegance to the dining experience.
